Taku wa moe

How much sleep should children have? Kids form the age of 6 to 13 should have 9 to 11 hours a night for a good next day.

Sleep is important na te mea? Sleep is important because it helps you grow and heals your body after a days damage.

usually i get 10 hours moe each night engari on Friday i got 9 hours of sleep. My total hours of sleep was 59 hours
